Outdoor Stations of the Cross Walk to affect traffic on April 18

Rolling lane restrictions will be in effect on several city streets in support of the Outdoor Stations of the Cross Walk on Friday, April 18, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The event is sponsored by St. Mary’s Cathedral.

During this time, drivers are advised to exercise caution and patience along the route. The use of alternative routes is recommended to avoid congestion.

The walk will begin at the intersection of N.E. Madison Avenue and Hancock Street. Participants will proceed north on Hancock Street then move east on N.E. Perry Avenue. From N.E. Perry Avenue, the walk continues north on Morton Street and then west on N.E. Glendale Avenue. Finally, walkers will travel south on Green Street, concluding at St. Mary’s Cathedral, located at 607 N.E. Madison Avenue.
