The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Rosenbohm at 4:00 pm.

A motion to approve the Land Use Committee meeting minutes from April

21, 2025 was made by Member Duncan and was seconded by Member Windish.

Motion Carried. (8-0)

Chairperson Rosenbohm moved to receive and file the informational items.

A motion to approve the resolution was made by Member Windish and was seconded by Member Williams.

Mr. Braun walked the committee through the information contained in the Agenda Brief.
