a. Discussion on the City of El Paso approving a loan for property renovations at 100 Recreation Blvd, El Paso, IL 61738. First discussion was on October 6th, 2025.
b. Discussion on the City of El Paso health insurance. The current plan is going up 15.7% with a higher deductible.
c. Discussion on City of El Paso property and workers’ compensation insurance. Assured Insurance $107,483.00, RMA Insurance $102,838.17 ($98,883.00).
