State Rep. Ryan Spain (R-73rd District) is motivating young readers through his third annual Summer Reading Club program. The program has a month left for grade-school children in the district to participate before the Wednesday, July 31 cutoff.

Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC, a corporate litigation firm, said in a press release that it is representing buyers of Caterpillar Inc. in an investigation into whether or not Caterpillar and some of its officers and/or directors violated Sections 10B and 20A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
