Auburn City Council to tackle committee reports tonight

The Auburn City Council will hold a regular meeting tonight to tackle committee reports and accept the resignation of Jan Harden.

The Council will also approve the purchase of 100 water meter radio reads with bases to cover 70 planned changeouts and have some on stock for any other changeouts during the fiscal year. The meters will cost $169 each. 

The Council will also purchase 100 gas meter radio reads at $82 per meter to cover 70 planned changeouts and to have some on stock.

The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. at 324 W. Jefferson St.
