Approval of bills - Chad motioned, 2nd-Marty-all in favor
Approval to min. 4/26/16 - francis motioned-2nd- Marty- All in favor- Aaron motioned the amendment to minutes 4/26/16 to state village was going to purchase property from Ron's automotive. Ron's automotive wants everything to stay the same no changes.
Peo. County sheriff contract - 2.75% increase - $10,210.70 a month
Glen's automotive - board agrees to waive building permit fee- Motioned-dean-2nd Leroy-5 ayes- chad opposed
Francis- spoke to cop about speeding
Nancy- here to get info about TIF money for floral shop
Rich- talked about police patrol for carnival
Aaron asked Rich if he contacted house on plank rd&hi-vue
Terry- asked board's opinion on flyers $186.00 - approved
Board approves to let CD renew with cecum-12 month
