Bellevue Village Board addresses question about right-of-way mowing

The Bellevue Village Board met July 12.

Here are the minutes of the kmeeting as provided by Bellevue:

Board present - Marty, Dean, Francis, Leroy, Chad - absent - Aaron

Approval of minutes 6/28/16-Francis motioned-2nd-Marty-all in favor

Approval of biweekly bills-Dean motioned-2nd -Francis-all in favor

Discussion from residents

Joe Mcclain-5516 hi-vue asked about ordinance regarding mowing the right away. Residents are suppose to mow all the way to street. Terry (mayor) said he knew what property he was referring to and that pat would be back in town in a few days and would mow the property on plank road (THE LODGE).

Gary Oesterle- Glen’s Autobody-719 ordinance approving redevelopment agreement for Glen’s Autobody- Dean motioned-2nd-Leroy-4 ayes- 1 opposed (Chad)

Bill Johnson (tinker) –asked what happen to the Lodge –Terry (mayor) explained that it’s in the process of maybe being sold to the owner of Cam’s on Farmington road.

Other residents present didn’t have anything to discuss.

Terry Elston- Steve Wilson- Mary Tripplet-Tommy Shafer-Rich Stoneburner -Officer Anderson

Marty- nothing

Leroy- nothing

Chad- nothing

Aaron (absent)

Dean- asked were did we end up on Carnival – mayor said we still don’t have all the bills in yet.

Francis- asked rich about 5308 Katherine –Rich (zone officer) said he would check into it.

Lane Alster- (lawyer)- nothing

Terry Johnson- (mayor) -put off Prather right away until next meeting.

We already did ordinance for Glen’s Autobody.

Motion to adjourn- Marty- 2nd Chad – all in favor
