You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held of the Hanna City Planning Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 14, 2016, at the Hanna City Village Hall, 313 N. First Street, Hanna City, Illinois.
The Purpose of the public hearing is for the Hanna City Planning Commission/ Zoning board of appeals to consider variances from Ordinance 178.05:5.4 (d)(1) front yard fence restriction regarding the properties described on exhibit A below.

Lots 22 and 23 in Block 7 in McCullough's addition to Hanna City, (Except the coal and other minerals underlying the surface of said land and all rights and easements in favor of the estate of said coal and other minerals), situated in Peoria County, Illinois.
