A: Consideration and Approval of Resolution 17-2 which is: A Resolution of the City Of El Paso to approve the Conversion of the existing Library to a Library District.

B: Consideration and approval of the Zoning Board recommendation to approve Resolution No. 17-3. Which is: A Resolution Authorizing a variance in the parking requirements of the real estate owned by Prairie Christian School located at 3 N. Grant Street, El Paso, Illinois, located within block 16 in Gibson’s addition to The Original Town, Now The City of El Paso. But also consideration and Approval of licensing agreement required for the parking variance 

C: Consideration and Approval of the Zoning Board recommendation to approve Resolution 17-4 which is: A Resolution Regarding Special Use Permit for the Real Estate at 101E Front Street in the City of El Paso. 

D: Consideration and approval of: Resolution No.17-5 which is to approve the Loan Application to Hayley Tibbs in the amount of $25,000.00 with the provisions detailed within the resolution. 

8. New City Council Business:

A. Retirement of exiting Mayor and Council Members and swearing in of newly elected Mayor and Council members. 

B. Consideration and Approval of proposed Fiscal year 2017/2018 City of El Paso annual budget.
