Committee Members Present: Chairman Neuhauser, Nick Graff, Monica Connett, Mike Godar, Brett Grimm, Carroll Imig, Nancy Proehl
Committee Members Absent: Jim Donahue, Mike Harris, Dude Meisinger, John Redlingshafer
Motion: Motion by Graff, Second by Proehl to approve the minutes of the March 21, 2017 meeting.
On voice vote, Motion Carried.
Motion: Motion by Connett, Second by Graff to approve going out for bid for network and e-mail licensing.
On voice vote, Motion Carried.
Motion F-17-07: Motion by Proehl Second by Graff to recommend to approve a transfer request for Community Development.
On voice vote, Motion Carried.
Motion F-17-08: Motion by Grimm, Second by Connett to recommend to approve a transfer request for EMA.
On voice vote, Motion Carried.
Motion F-17-09: Motion by Grimm, Second by Connett to recommend to approve a transfer request for Animal Control.
On voice vote, Motion Carried.
Motion: Motion by Grimm, Second by IMIG to recommend to approve the bills as presented.
On voice vote, Motion Carried.
Chairman Neuhauser recessed the meeting at 3:57 pm.
