Item No. 1 - Adoption of Resolution No. 1718-088 – Resolution to Approve Payment of the Schedule of Bills No. 14 in the amount of $ 1,466,737.58.

Item No. 2 – Adoption of Resolution No. 1718-079 on its Second Reading – Resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Fon Du Lac Park District, Tazewell County, Illinois, for the Maintenance of the River Trail System Extension and Fon Du Lac Drive.

Item No. 3 – Adoption of Resolution No. 1718-084 on its Second Reading – Resolution approving the purchase of sixty-eight one-inch Badger Water Meters from Midwest Meter Inc. in the amount of $18,700 for the Public Works Water Department.

Item No. 4 – Adoption of Resolution No. 1718-085 on its Second Reading – Resolution approving the engineering, purchase, and installation of six-inch Water Main between Johnson Street and Pekin Avenue east of South Main Street in City Right-of-Way at a cost of $17,500.

Item No. 5 – Adoption of Resolution No. 1718-083 on its Second Reading - Resolution Approving Master Developer Agreement with Rock Island Economic Growth Corporation Inc. dba Economic Growth Corporation “Growth” for Residential and Community Development in the Levee District.

Item No. 6 – Adoption of Resolution No. 1718-081 on its Second Reading – Resolution Approving a Master Services Agreement with CivicPlus Inc. dba CivicPlus for the implementation, development, and consultation, as well as ongoing annual support of a new city website.
