3. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance abating all of the bond levy for the 2017-2018 fiscal year ($10,000,000 principal amount alternate revenue bonds series 2012 and $2,810,000 principal amount alternate revenue bonds series 2013)

4. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance calling for the submission to the electors of the City of Canton, Illinois at the March 20, 2018 primary election the question of whether the City shall impose non-home rule municipal retailer's and service occupation tax.

5. Discuss, consider and vote on the purchase of a new fire hose for the fire department engine #3 from Banner Fire Equipment in the amount of $6,444.00
