A regular meeting of the Canton City Council was held on January 18, 2018 (6:30pm) in the Council Chambers, The Donald E. Edwards Way-50 North 4th Avenue, Canton, Illinois 61520.

Mayor Kent McDowell, City Attorney Curtis Lane, City Clerk Diana Pavley-Rock, Treasurer Crystal Wilkinson, System Maintenance Superintendent Dash Wilson, Comptroller Lou Ann Armstrong, SRPED Missy Towery

Mayor McDowell requested to have the Mayor Communications moved up to the beginning of the meeting,

Mayor Communication:

System Maintenance Superintendent Dash Wilson presented Chuck Jarvis with a plaque for his 23 years of service with the City.

Chuck has been an asset to the City and is a great employee. Chucks official retirement date is 02-01-2018
