City of Chillicothe Plan Commission met Jan. 2.

I. Call to order: Chairman Parkins called the meeting to order at 7:00P.M.
II. Roll Call:

III. Approval minutes of previous meeting: Motion to approve the minutes of the November 7, 2017 meeting was made by A. Ruhland and seconded by R. John and unanimously approved by the Commissioners present.
IV. Review the schedule for 2018 meetings January 2
February 6 March 6 April 3 May 1 June 5 July 3 August 7 September 4 October 2 November 6 December 4
V. Motion to elect Thu Truitt as City Platt Officer was made by R. John and seconded by M. Smith and unanimously approved by the Commissioners present.
VI. There being no other business a motion to adjourn made by R. John seconded by T. Truitt and unanimously approved by the Commissioners present.
