City of West Peoria City Council will meet on March 13. 

Here is the agenda as provided by the council:

9. Committee Reports

     a. Finance Committee: Chair Meismer, last met March 7, 2018; next meets April 4, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.

     b. Land Use Committee: Chair Dohm, last met March 7, 2018; next meets April 4, 2018 at 6:30 p.m.

     c. Public Safety Committee: Chair Reagan, last met February 21, 2018; next meets March 21, 2018 at                      6:30 p.m.

     d. Transportation Committee: Chair Silver, last met February 21, 2018; next meets March 21, 2018 at 5:30               p.m.

10. New Business

     a. Motion to approve rescheduling the start time of the April 10, 2018 meeting from 7:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

     b. Motion to approve Public Works Manager Strube’s recommendation as to awarding the bid on the

         Fairway Drive Sidewalk Project

     c. Motion to approve and recommend to Council payment increase of $40.00/month to TechWorks for IT

         (Information Technology) Support for the City’s computer system. (Line Item # 01-11-537)

     d. Motion to approve payment to improve lighting in and outside of City Hall (Line item 01-11-511)

     e. Motion to Approve Ordinance 2018 – 10 An Ordinance Re-Zoning Property Located at 2513 W.

         Farmington Road and Amending the Zoning Map Accordingly

11. Public Comment

12. Motion to Adjourn

     The next City Council Meeting will be Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at West Peoria City Hall at 7:00 p.m.
