City of El Paso Personnel Committee met April 6.

A Personnel Committee meeting was held at 8:30 am Friday April 6th at at The El Paso City Hall. Committee members present were Alex Brucker, Jennie Kearney and Mary Ellen Kilpatrick. Also present were Sarah Steffen, Jack Hickok and Dave Fever.
The meeting was called to order at 8:35 am. Yearly reviews were discussed. Jack and Mary Ellen will revise and simplify the form during the coming week. Jack will do reviews of Dept supervisors and also review the forms and instruct the department supervisors on proper completion. Reviews are to be completed and issued before April 30th ,2018. Pay raise amounts were discussed. The COLA for last year was 2.0%. It was determined that the pay raises would be determined by results of the yearly reviews and that the Director of Public Service would make those recommendations.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 am
