Village of Bradford Village Board of Trustees met Feb. 28.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
Those in attendance for the Committee Meeting were Trustees Bob Boehm, John Cler and Wendy Moodie. Others in attendance were Treasurer Julie Gage, Clerk Diana Cobb and Guest Patty McCurdy.

NEW BUSINESS
Budget & Expanding Office
Chair Bob Boehm will bring to the full Board for approval to expand the Village Office.
Community Improvement & Events – Cler, Gill, Moodie
Village Hall Building & Senior Center
Due to the MSW Project closing the Bradford facility, located in the Village Hall, it was discussed replacing appliances and other items belonging to MSW that were removed from the Building and the future of meals for the Seniors of the Community. Bob Boehm read a letter that he would like to read to the MSW Board regarding the Village’s side of the events that led to their decision to close the Bradford facility. Boehm is proposing reading it to the Senior Citizens and with their blessing to go forward with presenting to the MSW Board. Quotes for the cost of replacement items will be gathered and brought to the full board for approval.
Guest Patty McCurdy is proposing catering meals to the Village Hall for Seniors Tues – Friday for a fee of $4.00 per meal, including lemonade, tea and coffee. The restaurant is closed on Monday. She will also have a special Sr. meal available in her restaurant, The Highlands, for a fee of $5.00, the $1.00 difference is to compensate a tip to the waitress. A special Sr. meal will also be available on weekends at the Highlands. It was decided to invite the Senior Citizens to the Village Hall Saturday, March 10, 2018 at a Committee Meeting to serve them a sample meal with discussion of the future of the Senior Center.
