City of Eureka City Council met May 21.

Here is the agenda provided by the Council:

I.Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance.

II. Roll Call.

III. Approval of Minutes from May 7, 2018 Council Meeting.

IV. Approval of minutes of the Committee Meetings held within the prior 30 days. (1st monthly meeting)

V. Treasurer's Report (2nd monthly meeting).

VI. Public Comments on any action to be taken on Agenda items.

VII. Approval of semi-monthly bills.

VIII. Presentation of safety evaluation of Eureka Lake Park by IMLRMA Risk Manager Blaine Kurth.

IX. Consideration of Mayor's Appointments: Lynn Hinnen, Police Pension Board Treasurer for a two year term expiring on April 30, 2020; Kim Holmes and Nancy Aldridge, Liquor Commissioners for a four year term expiring April 30, 2022. Mayor Zimmer

X. Recommendation from Administration Committee to approve the salary and hourly annual increases for employees per performance management schedule. Mayor Zimmer

XI. Consideration of Resolution 18-06, a resolution updating hourly pay scale. Mayor Zimmer

XII. Consideration of Resolution 18-07, a resolution appropriating funds for Surface Transportation-Urban (STU) road work, specifically the parking lanes restoration on State Route 117. Mr. Hinnen

XIII. Committee Reports:
