1. Vote to approve loan to Don Onken for powder coat system in the amount of $100,000.

1. First Reading of Ordinance # 1418, the 2018 Prevailing Wage Ordinance which is required to be passed yearly by the State of Illinois which is “An Act regulating wages of laborers, mechanics and other workers employed in any public works by the state, county, city or any public body or any political subdivision or by anyone under contract for public works” or vote to waive the FIRST READING and consider final action on such Ordinance pursuant to Havana City Code Section 2.08.115.

Personnel –

1. Vote to accept the resignation of Steve Blessman as City Treasurer of the City of Havana.

2. Vote to accept the resignation of Martha Balbinot as City Clerk of the City of Havana.

3. Vote to appoint Bonnett Accounting as interim Treasurer working a maximum of eight hours weekly.

Public Safety –

1. Approve request by the Havana Chamber of Commerce to close Schrader Street between Market and Jefferson to help facilitate events for the 4th of July. Time requested for closing is from 7:00 a.m. until after the fireworks.
