3. Call for Additions/Deletions To and Approval of the Agenda

Member Taylor moved to approve the Agenda as presented with a second from Member Deushane. No discussion was made. The Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

4. Approval of Previous Minutes – April 10, 2018

Member Taylor moved to approve the Minutes as presented with a second from Member Deushane. No discussion was made. The Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

7. Claims

a. Property

Member Taylor moved to approve the Claims with a second from Member Potter. No discussion was made. The Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

8. Old Business

a. Discussion/Action: 2nd & 3rd Floor Storage, Weight Issues & Stairway – Bill Phillips

Phillips informed the committee that a structural analysis would need to be conducted by Tim Roker, an engineer from Morton, to analyze the wood in the ceilings for weights capacity. Regarding the stairwells, handrails are too low, the need for continuous handrails all the way down as well as addition of guardrails would be needed.

Member Taylor made the Motion to have Phillips and Assoc look at the staircases and estimate the repairs with a second from Member Blodgett. No discussion was made. The Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

Member Taylor made the Motion to have Tim Roker do a structural analysis and give an estimate on cost of work with a second from Member Blodgett. No discussion was made. The Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
