Q1 real estate sales report: Marquette Heights

Median prices declined in Marquette Heights over last year, and are down 40.3 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 7 homes sold in Marquette Heights for a median price of $67,000. That's 25.6 percent lower than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.
