City of Chillicothe Plan Commission met July 3.

Here is the minutes provided by the Commission:

I. Call to order: Chairman Parkins called the meeting to order at 7:03 P.M.

III. Approval of June 5, 2018 Minutes: Maria Geiger---motion to approve

Jim Benisch---2nd.

IV. Old Business: Discussion was held concerning changes needed in sample ordinance.

Roger John moved to accept changes. 2nd. By Mike Smith. All in favor.

V. New Business: Next meeting will concerning a zoning issue.
