City of Minonk issued the following announcement on Aug. 28.
Non-Highway vehicles are not allowed on Chestnut Street between 4th and 6th Streets. Also per City Ordinance, operators of these vehicles must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. The city will be monitoring and enforcing these issues to get these violations under control.
