Q2 real estate sales report: Marquette Heights

Median prices rose in Marquette Heights over last year, and are down 13.6 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 23 homes sold in Marquette Heights for a median price of $91,000. That's 9.5 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
