Canton City issued the following announcement on Jan. 29.
The City of Canton will have regular trash pickup on Wednesday, January 30 and Thursday, January 31, but residents are urged to have their garbage set out by 7:00 am on those mornings. The City will have extra trucks and crews working to get the work done faster, so your pickup time may be earlier than usual.
