Median prices declined in Peoria over last year, and are down 11.5 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 634 homes sold in Peoria for a median price of $114,950. That's 0 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, there were no foreclosures in Peoria.
