How did Gary Manier spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Gary Manier's election campaign committee, Friends of Mayor Manier, spent $13,213 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Manier's committee spent the most on signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($5,045) going to Vital Signs in Washington. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Manier's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
