A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Friends for Jeffrey Clarke Committee was the only campaign committee in Pawnee that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that Friends for Jeffrey Clarke Committee has yet to pay was imposed on Dec. 22, 2017, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $950.
