Manito home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Manito rose by $8,500 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $73,500 - a 13.1% increase over the $65,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Manito in the second quarter of 2016.
