Havana home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Havana rose by $2,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,000 - a 3.3% increase over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Havana in the second quarter of 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Havana for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,616.80, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
