City of Minonk issued the following announcement on April 10.

Please take notice the proposed 2019-2020 City of Minonk Fiscal Year Budget is available for public review. The budget is available during normal business hours M – F, from 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm at City Hall located at 670 N Chestnut Street.
