Peoria home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Peoria rose by $39,550 while total sales increased by 45.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 143 homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,000 - a 43.2% increase over the $91,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Peoria in January 2017.
