West Peoria home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in West Peoria rose by $7,050 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $69,000 - a 11.4% increase over the $61,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in West Peoria in February 2017.

The median sales tax in West Peoria for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,748, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
