Havana home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Havana rose by $26,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,500 - a 47.3% increase over the $56,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Havana in June 2016.
