Havana home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Havana fell by $7,700 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,000 - a 15.5% decrease over the $49,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Havana in September 2016.
