City of Minonk issued the following announcement on April 26.
Per City Council approval in 2017 and effective with the May 1st utility billing, the Sewer Surcharge rate will increase from $4.39 to $6.59. This new rate will be in effect for the next 5 years. This surcharge was approved and assessed to pay for the new sewer plant recently completed.
