II. Conditional Use – Church – Casa de Restauracion – 7060 Fairfield Business Dr.
An application has been submitted for conditional use approval to operate a church at 7060 Fairfield Business Dr. The property is located in the M-2 zoning district.
III. Minor Modification to the Stockton Station PUD – Caruso’s (Former Spinning Fork) - 6765 Dixie Hwy.
An application has been submitted for a minor modification of the Stockton Station PUD to allow the new owner to paint the building a different color.
