Q1 2019 Recap: Parolees in Washington convicted of crimes involving alcohol

There were two offenders convicted of crimes involving alcohol released on parole in Washington during the first quarter, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by the Peoria Standard.

The data shows that a man and woman were released in Washington. The younger parolee was a 41-year-old man sentenced in 2017. The other was a 47-year-old woman sentenced in 2018.

The offender who was incarcerated the longest was Robert Frame. He was convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2017 when he was 39 years old. He is now 41.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below shows the 50 cities in Illinois with the most paroled offenders in Q1 2019 who were convicted of crimes involving alcohol.
