The City Council met in Special Session in the Council Chambers. Mayor Stadsholt called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m. City Clerk Kathy Vaughn called the roll and the following Alderpersons answered to their names: Becky Chaney, Randy Bell, Bob Cooper, Dan Griffin, James Stroh, Andy French, and Ross McDowell Absent: Portia Brown
A quorum was present. The meeting was taped. The minutes were recorded by City Clerk, Kathy Vaughn.
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America was recited by all City Officials and Guests

DISCUSSION: Alderperson Chaney made a motion to approve Change Order #1 for the Corridor Improvements-Phase A. Alderperson McDowell seconded the motion.
ACTION TAKEN: Mayor Stadsholt asked if there were any questions, additions or changes. Gary Davis from Famsworth Engineering, explained the change order has been modified as per requested for the city to order what supplies they could. If the city is unable to order all the supplies necessary or the pricing of doing such is more than the price quoted by Hien Construction, the City can revert back to Hein ordering needed supplies. There being no further questions, the motion passed with the following vote: Voting Yes: Bell, French, Griffin, Stroh, Cooper, Chaney and McDowell. Voting No: None
