11-A. MOTION FROM MASTER SEWER COMMITTEE

11-A(1). Motion to approve Change Order #4 - City of Belleville LTCP Phase 4, 23rd Street CSO Lift Station project, in the amount of $68,172.41.

11-B. MOTION FROM TRAFFIC COMMITTEE

11-B(1). Motion to make a 2-Way Stop on Obstweg Road, north & south side of Schlueter-Germaine Rd.

11-C. MOTIONS FROM FINANCE COMMITTEE

11-C(1). Motion to approve purchase of new HVAC system for Labor Museum from Bel-O for $7,469.

11-C(2). Motion to approve paying $14,234.26 to Honeywell for one half cost of new controller system for Library air conditioners from TIF Funds. Other half will be paid from Library reserves.

11-C(3). Motion to approve waiving bidding procedures and purchasing 2 dump trucks/snow & ice units from Lou Fusz (MO State bid vendor) for $158,124.

11-C(4). Motion to approve purchase of fuel system hardware and software from PEMCO Service Co., Inc for $33,726.83.

11-C(5). Consideration of Development Agreement with Notre Dame Academy.

11-D. MOTION FROM BOARD OF FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSIONERS

11-D(1). Motion to approve the hiring of Probationary Police Officers April Gebke and Logan Decker effective August 20, 2019 at 12:01 a.m.

11-E. MOTIONS FROM STREETS AND GRADES COMMITTEE

11-E(1). Motion to approve the agreement with Farnsworth Group in the amount of $44,100.00 for professional services in connection with Raab Avenue Reconstruction.

11-E(2). Motion to approve Christ Bros. Asphalt in the amount of $217,993.60 for the 2020 TIF Asphalt Patch. (TIF FUNDS)

11-E(3). Motion to approve a contract amendment in the amount of $2,322.00 to Hanson Professional Services regarding the Orchards Floodplain Mitigation Contract.

12-A. Children's Dyslexia Walkathon - 10/05/2019

Request from Children's Dyslexia Center - So. Illinois to hold their walkathon Saturday, October 5, 2019, 8:00am to 12:00pm. Additional request of trash cans and picnic tables. No street closures.

12-B. The Fest - 10/19/2019

Request from Kenny Herzog to hold the Fest car show on Saturday, October 19, 2019, 8:00am to 5:00pm. No street closures. Request use of city owned property at 900 Scheel Street. Additional request of trash toters.

12-C. Belleville Humane Society Block Party- 10/20/2019

Request from Belleville Area Humane Society to hold a Block Party, Sunday, October 20, 2019, 1:00pm to 4:00pm with a rain date of Sunday, October 27, 2019. Street closure request first block of East Main from east side of 159 to west side of High Street. Additional services requested: "no parking" signs, "sewing machine drop-off only" signs, picnic tables, barricades, electric, sandbags, Police Personnel and trash toters. BMS approved at meeting on August 13, 2019.

12-D. Belleville Area Humane Society Pet Parade -10/20/2019

Request from Belleville Area Humane Society to hold their Pet Parade, Sunday, October 20, 2019, 1:00pm to 2:00pm with a rain date of Sunday, October 27, 2019. Street closure request: 12:50pm to 2:30pm along parade route of East Lincoln Street to South Charles Street to East Main Street to South High Street. Additional services requested: barricades, "no parking" signage, "sewing machine drop-off only" signs and Police Personnel. BMS approved at meeting on August 13, 2019.

12-E. Chiro-Med 8th Annual Winter Luau & Main Street Mile - 1/20/2020

Request from Chiro-Med to hold their Winter Luau & Main Street Mile, Saturday, January 20, 2020. Street closure request: 5K 8:45am to 10:30am with rolling street closure. One lane closure on West Main Street from Lindenwood University to 3200 West Main Street, 8:45am to 10:30am for Main Street Mile. Additional services requested: barricades, "race in progress" sign, Public Works and Police Department Personnel.
