Request from Belleville Area Humane Society to hold a Block Party, Sunday, October 20, 2019, 1:00pm to 4:00pm with a rain date of Sunday, October 27, 2019. Street closure request first block of East Main from east side of 159 to west side of High Street. Additional services requested: "no parking" signs, "sewing machine drop-off only" signs, picnic tables, barricades, electric, sandbags, Police Personnel and trash toters. BMS approved at meeting on August 13, 2019.
12-D. Belleville Area Humane Society Pet Parade -10/20/2019
Request from Belleville Area Humane Society to hold their Pet Parade, Sunday, October 20, 2019, 1:00pm to 2:00pm with a rain date of Sunday, October 27, 2019. Street closure request: 12:50pm to 2:30pm along parade route of East Lincoln Street to South Charles Street to East Main Street to South High Street. Additional services requested: barricades, "no parking" signage, "sewing machine drop-off only" signs and Police Personnel. BMS approved at meeting on August 13, 2019.
12-E. Chiro-Med 8th Annual Winter Luau & Main Street Mile - 1/20/2020
Request from Chiro-Med to hold their Winter Luau & Main Street Mile, Saturday, January 20, 2020. Street closure request: 5K 8:45am to 10:30am with rolling street closure. One lane closure on West Main Street from Lindenwood University to 3200 West Main Street, 8:45am to 10:30am for Main Street Mile. Additional services requested: barricades, "race in progress" sign, Public Works and Police Department Personnel.
