City of East Peoria issued the following announcement on Sept. 5.
From IDOT: Work on the Main Street bridge over Farm Creek, near the intersection of Main and Camp streets, will begin Monday, September 9, resulting in lane closures and different traffic configurations. The work is expected to last until November 4.
