I. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance.

III. Approval of Minutes from August 19, 2019 Council Meeting.

IV. Approval of minutes of the Committee Meetings held within the prior 30 days. (1st monthly meeting)

V. Treasurer’s Report (2nd monthly meeting).

VI. Public Comments on any action to be taken on Agenda items.

VII. Approval of semi-monthly bills.

VIII. Presentation of Fiscal Year 2019 Audit Summary. Mr. Prather

IX. Consideration of Ordinance 19-13, an Ordinance amending the Eureka Municipal Code to prohibit cannabis business establishments. Mayor Zimmer

X. Consideration of Ordinance 19-14, an Ordinance imposing a cannabis retailer’s occupation tax. Mayor Zimmer

XI. Executive Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(C)(1) consider appointment, appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees

XII. Consideration of employment of individual as water operator. Mr. Hinnen
