Easton home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Easton fell by $490 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $49,510 - a 1% decrease over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Easton in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Easton for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,003, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
