Forest City home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Forest City fell by $25,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $7,000 - a 78.5% decrease over the $32,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were four homes sold in Forest City in 2016.
