City of Atlanta issued the following announcement on Nov. 8.
To honor the victims of the #AtlantaChildMurders, we are installing an eternal flame at City Hall and sponsoring an art exhibit at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport featuring original portraits of the children we lost. The City of Atlanta - Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs is seeking an artist to create 30 paintings for the exhibition. The selected artist will receive $18,000 for their work.
