Q2 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in Fulton County?

There were eight offenders released on parole during the second quarter of 2019 that live in Fulton County, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Peoria Standard.

The data shows that seven men and one woman were released in Fulton County. The median age of the parolees was 38. The youngest parolee was a 26-year-old man sentenced for a crime against a person in 2017, and the oldest was a 51-year-old man sentenced for a sex crime in 2007.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Robert Becker. He was convicted of a sex crime in 2007 when he was 39 years old. He is now 51.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below gives a breakdown of how many offenders were paroled in the second quarter of 2019 in each Fulton County municipality with at least one parolee in the quarter.
