Village of Sugar Grove Village Board met March 17.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

1. Call to Order

President Michels called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

2. Pledge of Allegiance

President Michels asked Trustee Herron to lead the Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Roll Call

Present: 7 President Sean Michels, Trustee Sean Herron, Trustee Jen Konen (by phone) Trustee Rick Montalto (by phone), Trustee Ted Koch (by phone),

Trustee Ryan Walter (by phone), Trustee Heidi Lendi (by phone)

Absent: 0

Also Present:

Administrator Eichelberger, Senior Management Analyst Murphy, Attorney Julien (by phone), Community Development Director Magdziarz (by phone), Chief of Police Rollins (by phone), Public Works Director Speciale (by phone), and Village Engineer Michele Piotrowski (by phone).

4. Consent Agenda

A motion was made by Trustee Herron, seconded by Trustee Montalto, to approve the Consent Agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:

AYE: 6 Herron, Montalto, Walter, Konen, Lendi, Koch

Nays: 0 None

Absent: 0

Trustee Lendi inquired about enforcement of weight limit restrictions to extend the life of the repair. Staff will follow-up with a report on current procedures.

g. Resolution: Authorizing an Agreement for the 2020 Road Program – Builders Paving

h. Resolution: Authorizing an Agreement for the 2020 Road Program – AC Pavement

5. Public Comments

None

Trustee Montalto stated that the Aurora Area Convention and Visitors Bureau has created a resource page on their website for local restaurants providing carry-out. The SG Chamber also has a list.

6. Adjournment

A motion was made by Trustee Herron, seconded by Trustee Montalto, to adjourn the Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees at 6:09 p.m. A voice vote was called. The motion carried.
