2. Discuss, consider and vote a recommendation to the City Council for the financial institution and account type for certain funds generated by the sales tax increase.
3. Discuss, consider and vote on recommendation to the City Council in authorizing the City of Canton, Fulton County Illinois to borrow funds from the Public Water Supply Loan Program.
