A. Approval Of The Following Consent Items By Vote:

(All matters listed under CONSENT AGENDA will be enacted by one motion and one roll call vote.

There will not be separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired by any Member of the

City Council, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed immediately after approval of the Consent Agenda.)

Items Removed Form Consent Agenda:

1. Approve November 9, 2020 Regular council meeting minutes.

2. Approve Bi-Monthly Expenditures in the amount of $85,304.33.

Motion To Approve The Consent Agenda

New Business

1. Approve payment to Walker Excavating in the amount of $976.45 for storm sewer work at 203 Algonquin.

2. Approve payment to Temple Display in the amount of $676.58 for Christmas decoration lights.

3. Approve payment to Ferguson in the amount of $759.58 for annual maintenance.

4. Approve bank loan agreement of 48 months at 2.64% for new Police Squad.

5. Approve payment to A to Z, not to exceed $1,700.00, for a pump for the hustler.

Other Business Pertaining To The City

Executive Session to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of a specific employee and sale of land. Action to be taken after Executive Session.
