Last week, a resolution was presented on the House Floor to honor Chief Rick Young. The resolution, known as House Joint Resolution 20, aims to designate Illinois Route 97 through Maquon as the Chief of Police Richard R. Young Memorial Highway.
Rep. Weaver stated, "I was honored to present House Joint Resolution 20."
This initiative seeks to commemorate the contributions and service of Chief Rick Young.
